Harding High School features students in a variety of ensembles. The WGH Raider Marching Band performs at all home and away football games, multiple community parades and various events around Warren, OH. The marching band has a long standing tradition of excellence dating back to when two separate high schools existed in the city. They have performed in numerous national parades including the NYC Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, National Memorial Day Parade in Washington D.C., National Cherry Blossom Parade, Chicago St. The Harding band program consists of three main concert ensembles including the Symphonic Band, Concert Band, and Freshman Band. Jazz Ensemble I is a full year class that meets daily with Jazz Ensemble II meeting only during the 2nd semester of the year.

Update for Tonight

⚠️ BAND NIGHT CANCELLED TONIGHT ⚠️

Due to the high chance of lightning and strong wind gusts expected this evening, the 46th Annual Niles Red Dragon Band Night has been CANCELLED for tonight, Wednesday, September 9th, out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our students, families, performers, volunteers, and fans.

❤️💙 PLEASE NOTE: All ticket purchases will be HONORED for the rescheduled date. Please hold onto your tickets!

📅 A new date will be announced soon. We will share the rescheduled date as soon as it is finalized.

We know how much work and excitement has gone into making this year's Band Night special, especially as we celebrate 100 Years of the Niles McKinley Band. We are incredibly disappointed that tonight's event cannot go on as planned, but the safety of everyone involved must come first.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support of the Niles Red Dragon Band! ❤️🐉💙
