Get your costumes ready! 👻🤖🐯🤡 Warren's Harvest Treat is this Thursday at the Warren Community Center!

Warren residents are invited for an evening of trick-or-treating and Halloween fun!

📅 Thursday, October 22nd from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
📍 Warren Community Center Football Stadium
(Rain location will be indoors at the Community Center)

Free activities include:
🍬 Trick or Treating
🎃 Free Pumpkins
🎨 Face Painting
📸 Festive Selfie Stations & much more!

This event is open to Warren residents ONLY.
(IDs will be checked at the entrance for Warren residency.)

🏀 Ready to hit the court? Registration is now open for Warren’s Youth Basketball League!

This league gives young athletes the chance to build their skills, stay active, and enjoy some friendly competition while being part of a team. Games will be played at the Warren Community Center and Warren Con schools, with practices beginning in mid-November. 🏆

🏀 Grades 3–8 | Boys & Girls
💲 $85 — includes league play & shirt
📅 League runs January 9 – March 13, 2027
📍 Warren Community Center & Warren Con Schools

➡️ Grades 3–6: October 30
➡️ Grades 7–8: November 13

After a two-week shutdown, we were ready to welcome our guests back to the Warren Community Center!

⚒ Maintenance Monday 🔧

Even while the Warren Community Center remains temporarily closed, our Parks & Recreation crews haven’t stopped working.

Behind the scenes, our team is putting in the time, effort, and sweat to make sure that when our doors reopen, our guests return to a facility that is CLEAN, SAFE & FULLY OPERATIONAL.

This is what dedication looks like.

Our crews are working throughout the Community Center and across Warren’s parks to address maintenance needs, complete projects, improve facilities, and make sure our parks and recreation spaces are ready to welcome the community back.

And today, we want to give a HUGE THANK YOU & SHOUT-OUT TO GENERAL MOTORS!

GM stepped up today to help refill the playground safety material at Trombley Park, helping keep our playground safe, inviting, and ready for Warren families.
That is what community partnership looks like. When businesses, residents, and the City come together, Warren gets better.

Week 2. Still working. Still improving. Still moving Warren Parks & Recreation forward.
