We’ve received a lot of questions as to how reservists can schedule a counseling session with the team. Members can review their points history, RCSBP selections, project retirement base pay, and more! Please share the QR code with someone in your world that could benefit from a review!

We encourage both active reservists nearing their 20 year mark and gray area retirees within a year of applying for retirement pay to complete a one on one session with our team. If you are unable to access myFSS with the QR code please email [email protected] for scheduling.

It felt so good to have our A1 team back together.

With the government reopened, our director brought us together for watercooler chat and it reminded us just how much connection, consistency, and simple togetherness matters.

You could feel the energy in the room - the smiles, the relief, the sense of rhythm returning. 💙

We can’t underestimate how important our people are to this mission. It’s good to be back!🙏

💥The PDC was rocking last week!💥

About 40 Additional Duty First Sergeants filled the Professional Development Center for a week-long symposium, guided by experienced First Sergeant mentors who poured their wisdom, stories, and lessons into the next generation of leaders.

The week was packed with interactive workshops, dynamic discussions, and expert briefings from base subject matter experts. Every moment designed to strengthen leadership, connection, and readiness.

These Diamonds brought incredible energy, insight, and heart to the week, reminding us what it truly means to take care of Airmen.

Last week, some of your Foundations Program Managers came together at the Professional Development Center for a powerful week of training.
