A proud Middle Georgia leader, military spouse, and mom of three amazing student-athletes, Chelsea is known for balancing executive leadership with community impact, all while doing it with a little glam and sparkle.

As the Executive Director of Genesis Joy House Homeless Shelter, she is passionate about supporting women veterans and families through housing, workforce development, and hope-centered programs that change lives.

Chelsea proudly represents the Lipstick Leatherheads with strength, heart, and undeniable diva energy. Whether sheā€™s calling plays, making power moves, or showing up camera-ready on game day. When sheā€™s not making plays in the boardroom or on the field, you can find her supporting her kidsā€™ sports journeys, glamorously serving the community, traveling, or cheering loudly for women breaking barriers in sports and leadership.

She works in finance for the Department of Defense, and she holds a masterā€™s degree in leadership. She is a proud mom of a student-athlete at Warner Robins High School, and she enjoys spending time with family and friends, supporting her daughter, and staying involved in the community. This is her first year supporting Rainbow House, and she feels honored to be part of an organization that helps women and children in need.
