It may be the smallest state park in Texas, but it’s home to some BIG sights!

✔️ An abandoned train tunnel—the only one in the Texas Hill Country 🚂
✔️ 3 MILLION bats—watch them take flight at sunset from May to October 🦇
✔️ A short but challenging half-mile nature trail for the adventurous 🥾

Just 20 miles from Boerne, this hidden gem is worth the drive! And while you’re there, stop by Alamo Springs Café for one of the best burgers around. 🍔

The Cartoon Saloon is one of Comfort’s weirdest roadside attractions. 🚙

Created by a local cartoonist, this open-air “saloon” is filled with eclectic decorations like beer cans, license plates, and visitor mementos.

It’s a quick but memorable stop for photos and a look at the lighter side of Comfort’s creative spirit. 📸

Favorite thing? Probably the urinal on a tree with a ladder up to it haha! 🤣

I have about 15-20 pair of 2.75 reading glasses ... some of them brand new ... any suggestions on where I could donate them where they would benefit people the most.
