Sorry for the late post, things have been hectic, but back around the 8th, if anyone happened to lose a teddy bear, it was found out on the steps to the visitor center. Didn't seem dirty or wet, so it seems to have only been out overnight. If it's yours, please inquire at the Wardensville Town Hall (304-874-3950).

If you've received an email/social media post that looks like it came from the WVDA and says, "Member Suspension Notice," this is a SCAM! Do not respond to this message and delete it immediately.

If you receive unsolicited packets of seeds in the mail, DO NOT open them! Instead, report it to the WVDA (304-558-3200). The packets are part of a "brushing scam" originating from China and a persistent threat to biosecurity here in the U.S. When in doubt, give us a call!
