Blossom into Spring Paint Night!

Bring yourself, best friend, significant other, or any guest for a fall themed paint night at the Hillside Lake Fire Company!

Friday April 24th 7-9 pm, hosted by our instructor Melissa!

-Light refreshments will be available for purchase
-Ages 14 and up
-This includes 11x14 canvas, entry, step by step instruction on how to paint the picture, art tools supplied(not to keep).
-All proceeds go to the Hillside Lake Fire Company

The Hillside Lake Fire Company is currently recruiting volunteers to join our team and serve the residents of East Fishkill.

We have openings for the following roles:
• Firefighters
• Drivers
• EMTs / EMS Personnel
• Fire Police

The Hillside Lake Fire Company would like to congratulate Firefighter Michael DeRobertis and Assistant Chief Michael Stallone on successfully completing their Ice Water Rescue Technician certification.

This intensive course was over 16 hours long, physically demanding, and covered both the fundamentals and advanced techniques of ice water rescue operations. Their dedication and commitment to mastering these lifesaving skills truly exemplify going above and beyond.

Congratulations to both members for their hard work and professionalism. Your efforts help ensure the Hillside Lake Fire Company remains well trained, prepared, and ready no matter what we are faced with.

We want to let residents know that an incoming snowstorm is expected to hit our area tomorrow and is forecasted to last through Monday.

We remind all residents to:
-Follow any travel bans that may be put into place
-Remain indoors if possible
-Use extreme caution if travel is necessary

Our crews will be on standby should any calls for service arise.

Earlier today, the Hillside Lake Fire Company responded to a mutual aid request for a structure fire in the Hughsonville Fire District. Tanker 39-33, along with 39-5 Assistant Chief, responded as part of the mutual aid assignment.

Upon arrival, our crew operated on scene and assisted with interior fire suppression and operations alongside our mutual aid partners.

We would like to thank the crew who responded on 39-33, as well as the members who stood by at Station 3 to ensure adequate coverage within our district while units were committed to the incident. Your dedication and teamwork do not go unnoticed.

Today, we remember Sergeant Daniel DiDato on this two-year anniversary of his passing. Though two years have passed, we continue to feel the impact of his loss - but we also continue to feel the strength of his legacy.

We ask our community and all those who knew Dan to join us in pausing to remember his service and the lasting, positive imprint he left on so many lives.

Forever in our hearts.

Sorry for the earlier than expected update: Santa will be at the firehouse roughly at 1:15 for an hour!!

Santa Run is today 10-4 (approximately)!! Santa will be at the fire house at 207 Hillside Lake Rd for one hour after the Santa Run so anyone who missed him can stop by. We will post when Santa is back at the firehouse please expect a time between 3-4pm.
