Quarterly Lunches – provide a chance for members and non-members to learn what’s happening in the Village. Luncheons also offer us an opportunity to showcase different businesse

s in our membership and allow us to network and get to know each other. We Love supporting our local businesses and some of the past Luncheon locations include: The Knights of Columbus-Catered by The Jessica Experience, Patsy's & Norma's. Festival at the Falls- This annual event has become the Village of Wappingers Falls' community day, providing a great family atmosphere and attracting people from all areas of the Hudson Valley. It also gives us a great opportunity to showcase all of the local businesses that the Village of Wappingers Falls has to offer. The Festival of the Falls includes:

* Entertainment & Vendors in Mesier Park

* Tours of the Mesier Homestead

* Children's Activities & Games

* Sidewalk Sales & Restaurant Specials on Main, Market, and Mill Streets

* Local Artists & Musicians performing at various spots

* The best food trucks the Hudson Valley has to offer

Annual Clean Sweep – On the first Saturday in May, volunteers clean-up the streets and parks in the Village. Hank DiMarco, a deceased member of the WFBPA, created this event to be sure that winter’s effects are erased so the Village looks its best for the Spring. Contributions to Local Events – Throughout the year, the WFBPA provides donations to the Village’s Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween Party, and Christmas Tree Lighting events. The Association also supports other charitable events: the McDonald Cruise Run in June, the K of C run in December, Meals on Wheels and Rotary. Email Correspondence – The WFBPA maintains an email list to keep members informed of Village events. For More Info, Email us at [email protected]

Happy 2nd anniversary, Eagle I Books!

Two years ago today, on September 13, Eagle I Books officially became an LLC.

Since then, there have been challenges, surprises (good and bad), long days, hard lessons, unexpected opportunities, and plenty of figuring things out along the way.

There has also been progress. Growth. New connections. Clients I’m grateful for. Mentors to help guide me. Accomplishments I’m proud of. And so many moments that remind me why I keep going.

Building a business takes more hard work, persistence, and perseverance than I ever imagined, especially when the path forward isn’t always clear. Many small businesses never make it this far, which makes reaching two years feel especially meaningful. I am so very proud of this milestone.

Thank you for being here with me!
