DETAILS: On Friday March, 2024 at approximately 9:18 PM, Yakima Police officers were dispatched to gunshots fired in the area of N. 14th Avenue and Swan Avenue, near McGuinness Park. It is believed that the individuals involved may have fled on the Powerhouse Canal Trail. Upon police arrival, they discovered 15-year-old Unikque Ramirez deceased in the 700 block of N. 14th Avenue.
