In honor of Labor Day, the Auglaize County Health Department will be closed today, September 7th.

We will be open during normal office hours on Tuesday, September 8th, 2026.

September is National Su***de Prevention Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness and supporting those affected by su***de. Su***de impacts people of all ages and backgrounds, and open conversations are an important step toward prevention.
This month encourages understanding, reducing stigma, and sharing helpful resources. Listening without judgment and checking in on loved ones can make a real difference. Learning the warning signs is also an important step toward prevention. Awareness efforts remind us that prevention is a shared responsibility and that small acts of care can help save lives.
