There are new posted speed limits on several roads in Ocean Township.

The new speed limit is 25 miles per hour on the following roads:

🚗 Sunset Avenue
🚗 Logan Road
🚗 Wickapecko Drive
🚗 Park Boulevard

Please be mindful of these new speed limits and as always, drive safely.

Yesterday, Engine 75 and Chief 66 responded on the Tanker Task Force assignment in support of this incident. Upon completion of the water supply assignment, the Engine and Chief were reassigned as a regional cover for the area.

👨🏻‍🚒 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 👨🏻‍🚒

On April 19th, Firefighter Barry Kushnir participated in the 4th Annual FDNY Foundation Climb to SUMMIT stair climb.

The climb challenged participants to race up 93 stories — more than 1,100 feet — to the top of SUMMIT One Vanderbilt in New York City. Over 300 participants all raced in honor of the 25th Anniversary of the 9/11.

Not only did FF Kushnir finish in just under 29 minutes, he raised $2,150 for the FDNY Foundation!
