JBBBS LGBTQ+ program pairs LGBTQ+ youth with LGBTQ+ identified mentors who can uniquely empathize and support youth through similar lived experiences. In-person mentoring relationships may serve an important protective role for LGBTQ+ youth, helping them to confront challenges such as lack of acceptance from peers and parents.

JBBBS recently gathered to celebrate with the Founding Members of the JBBBS Legacy Society. This was the inaugural event for the newly established society and honored the individuals and families whose planned gifts reflect a deep commitment to ensuring mentorship, friendship, and connection for generations to come. Founding members were invited to sign their name on a beautifully designed piece of art that will proudly hang in our office for years to come.

We are deeply grateful to our Legacy Society members for helping sustain the future of JBBBS and the life-changing relationships at the heart of our mission.
