POLICE ACTIVITY – MARTROY LANE

At approximately 7:39 a.m. on September 1, 2026, members of the Nether Providence Township Police Department assisted the Delaware County Criminal Investigation Division’s Child Abuse Task Force with the service of a warrant in the 200 block of Martroy Lane.

The male subject of the warrant was taken into custody without incident.

The Delaware County Criminal Investigation Division’s Child Abuse Task Force is the investigating agency. Any questions or requests for additional information regarding this incident should be directed to Sgt. Steven Banner at 610-891-4700.
