Innovation comes in many forms—and our InventWorks students got to experience that firsthand on Day 2 of Session 2! 💡🌱
Today, our young inventors visited Perca, where they explored how science and innovative environmental solutions are helping create more sustainable approaches to wastewater treatment. Students learned how curiosity, engineering, and problem-solving can make a real impact on our communities.
Throughout the day, our InventWorks students were challenged to think differently, ask great questions, and discover that solving problems often requires collaboration, innovation, and thinking outside the box. Every experience encouraged them to explore new ideas, work together, and see challenges as opportunities for creative solutions.
A heartfelt thank you to our incredible community partner, Perca, for welcoming our students and sharing your passion and expertise. We also extend our sincere appreciation to the Human-Centered Design (HCD) students and faculty from Whitman College for mentoring our campers, encouraging creative thinking, and helping inspire the next generation of innovators. Your partnership made today's experience even more meaningful!
