Blue Mountain Action Council (BMAC) is one of 30 Community Action Partnership (CAP) agencies in the state of Washington born from President Lyndon Johnson's War on Poverty. We provide a spectrum of services focused on meeting the basic needs of our neighbors and working with them to establish their own self-sufficiency to lead to a better life.

📢 Important Pantry Update: The Pantry at St. Frances Cabrini will hold its last Friday distribution on September 11, 2026. Beginning September 14, pantry hours will move to Mondays, 3-5 PM and Wednesdays, 9:30-11:45 AM to increase flexibility and access for our community. Questions?
