For more than two decades, speeding has been involved in approximately one-third of all motor vehicle fatalities.

Speed also affects your safety even when you are driving at the speed limit but too fast for road conditions, such as during bad weather, when a road is under repair, or in an area at night that isn’t well lit.

Speeding endangers not only the life of the speeder, but all of the people on the road around them, including law enforcement officers. It is a problem we all need to help solve.

Buckling up is the single most effective thing you can do to protect yourself in a crash

Seat belts are the best defense against impaired, aggressive, and distracted drivers. Being buckled up during a crash helps keep you safe and secure inside your vehicle; being completely ejected from a vehicle is almost always deadly.

Here we go!! 2025 Fair is going to be good!!

CONCERT UPDATE:
We're saddened to announce that 3 Doors Down will be unable to perform their August 27 concert at the Walla Walla Fair & Frontier Days due to the health of their lead singer, Brad Arnold. The band has officially announced the cancellation of all remaining tour dates for 2025, as explained in a video released today.

We join with the thousands of 3 Doors Down fans in extending our heartfelt support to the band during this time and wish them strength in the days ahead.

On the morning of January 7, 2024, Engineer Pleasants, while working a 48-hour shift, was found deceased in his bed at Fire Station 1 from an apparent heart attack.
