💧 Level 1 Drought Response Remains in Effect ⚠️

The Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) has announced that the statewide Level 1 Drought Response remains in effect.

The City of Waleska encourages all residents and water customers to continue using water wisely and taking simple steps to conserve water whenever possible.

Ways to help conserve water include:

• Check for and repair leaking faucets, toilets, and irrigation systems.
• Run dishwashers and washing machines only with full loads.
• Avoid unnecessary outdoor water use.
• Follow Georgia’s outdoor water use requirements.
• Be mindful of everyday water use at home and outdoors.

🚨 WATER SERVICE INTERRUPTION NOTICE 🚨

The City of Waleska will be tying into the new water main along Highway 108 on Tuesday and Wednesday, from Highway 140 toward Highway 20.

Customers in this area will experience temporary interruptions to water service while crews complete the necessary connections.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to complete these improvements as quickly as possible.

WATER SERVICE NOTICE

The City is aware of a water outage affecting Sardis Circle, Sardis Road and Theodore Cox Circle due to repairs being made on the main waterline on Sardis Circle.
Crews are currently working to make the necessary repairs to restore the water service as soon as possible.
