The 24th Judicial District, Scott County Division is closed today, due to inclement weather and hazardous road conditions. Court will NOT be in session, tomorrow, Wednesday February 1st, 2023. All court appearances will be rescheduled for March 1st, 2023 at the same scheduled time, unless otherwise authorized. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Due to incoming weather conditions, the Scott County Court House will be closing at 9:45 AM to allow its employees to travel home safely before the weather hits.

The office of the 24th Judicial District Court, Scott County Division, closed at 9:45am due to inclement weather, our office will also be closed on Friday, December 23, 2022 and Monday, December 26, 2022 for the Christmas holiday! Our office will re open on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. We want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a safe, happy holiday season!
