Every year, on the second week of April, is National Public Safety Communicators Week. We would like to show our appreciation for our communications personnel for all the hard work and dedication they put into their job. Their job is not an easy job, and we understand that our dispatchers have to sacrifice a lot in order to ensure the wellbeing of the rest of their community. Whether they’re dispatching for our officers, answering phone calls, or assisting members of the community who rely on a quick response for their troubles in person, our dispatchers are the direct line that keeps everything running smoothly. We would like to give a big thank you to all our communications staff for keeping our community safe!
