Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a free, virtual six-week class cohosted by CVHHH and Central Vermont Council on Aging to help caregivers gain confidence and receive support to better care for their loved ones and themselves. The next class session begins Wednesday, May 6.

Next Friday, Mar. 27th at 2:00 p.m., family caregivers are invited to take a break away and get pampered a little during a time just for them. Join us for a nice table with lovely mis-matched china where we will serve tea and a tasty something, and a short wellness or creative activity.

Caregiver Tea will be held at the Barre CVCOA office at 59 N. Main St., Suite 200, Barre. For reservations and information about this free event, contact us at [email protected] or (802) 479-0531.

Our Caregiver Tea is a welcoming space that is understanding of the realities of caregiving. You'll meet others who "get it" while enjoying being taken care of for an hour. We are excited to re-start this Caregiver Tea series on an every-other month schedule.
