Waimea Outreach - Kealaka'i Torch Club Contact Email: [email protected] In every community, boys and girls are left to find their own recreation and companionship in the streets.

An increasing number of children are at home with no adult care or supervision. Young people need to know that someone cares about them. Boys & Girls Clubs offer that and more. Club programs and services promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence. Boys & Girls Clubs are a safe place to learn and grow – all while having fun. It is the place where great futures are started each and every day.

There will also be a seating chart by next meeting. Board members and Fundraising Agents sit up front. Torch Club members will be more in the back.

Another Announcment: We still need members to join for the Boys and Girls Club and the Torch club. The first one to bring in 10 new
recruitments, with their birth certificate, membership form, and 1 dollar will win $50 cash!

Hey everyone! So at last weeks meeting we did a discussion over the fudraising. We decided that we should create a fundraising comittee. A group of people who are discussing new fundraisers and does planning for upcoming fundraisers. If you are on the Torch Club, not a board member and interested. Comment or tell me. The current people are:

Finances and planning: Kayla Nakaya and assistant Evan Hedges.
Note taker (Secretary): Brandy
Idea pitcher, coordinater, or members: Kaleo, Isaiah, and hopfully more!

This is Aubrey. I want to tell you I have never made a secret email! I i did was create an email for the group. Like for recruiting people. I posted it publically not just for me. This has got to end. I did not realize that there was already an email for TC. I did not create a secret email. It is for the world to know. It is on the officail page for people to get in touch with the TC. Thank you that is my statement.

I did however made a secret group. All that was for was to coordinate car wash or fundraisers and stuff. It was sapost to be functional. It is not like I did anything wrong. The secret group was for nothing but coordination between members and "Stuff that we cant discuss on the officail page" meaning coordinating and stuff like that. Not like talking
