The chamber gathers statistics, prints brochures about our community, visits new businesses, an

swers questions, dispenses information, and advertises what a great place our area is to work, live, and enjoy life. We are an organization through which business and professional people work together for the common good of the community. A better community means better business conditions and we do whatever we can to ensure that economic conditions are at a level where businesses will risk their resources in hopes of making a profit. A profitable business will provide jobs and produce wealth to finance all the needs that make a thriving community. What makes a Chamber? You do. Our members provide the ideas, the goals, the funds and the volunteers to make a successful community. Join and participate in your chamber. Special shout out to Wagoner County Emergency Management who ensured our bathroom and vendor spaces were safe and well lit for attendees at the 65th Annual Summerfest.

Wagoner EMS provided blood pressure checks, as well as onsite support. We saw them es**rt many people to their vehicles safely throughout the event!

And a big thank you to Pryor Waste & Recycling LLC, one of our Platinum Sponsors, who also donated a dumpster for trash services. This is a major necessity for an event this size, and we are so grateful for their generosity.

As the dust settles and we reflect over another incredible Summerfest, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the City of Wagoner for their unwavering support. A special thanks to:

Chief Grooms, and his team with Wagoner Fire Department, who assisted in planning/setup so ensure a safe event.

The Electric Department for their behind the scenes working, building electrical boxes to provide power for our vendors and event needs, ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout the weekend.

The Water Department, who installed hookups for our vendors and carnival.

Gary Rucker and Josh Jones with Parks and Rec. Dept. - Gary went above and beyond hauling sandbags to our vendor space, making set up possible regardless of windy conditions. Josh maintained the cleanliness of our festival by providing trash services.

The Street Department, who hauled and delivered our stage, as well as provided cones and barricades for the road closures. This helped create a safe event. They even went as far as coming out Saturday night (11PM!) to move the stage, so that roads could be open sooner.

Wagoner City Police provided overnight security as well as security during the event.

Everyone at Wagoner City Hall including Eric Jones, Whitley Crow, Drew Allen, Lauralee Ward, and so many more.

From planning and preparation to the final cleanup, your partnership and dedication helped make this event possible. Summerfest is a true community effort, and we are so grateful to have a city that continually shows up, lends a hand, and works alongside us to create memorable experiences for our residents and visitors.

Thank you, City of Wagoner - Municipality, for helping make Summerfest 2026 one to remember! ☀️🎉💙
