Today, we honor the extraordinary life of Dr. Maria Montessori! She was a groundbreaking pioneer who identified key principles for educating children and building community bonds that remain influential today. Her contributions and legacy are reflected in every Montessori educator and leader who carries her vision forward. Happy Birthday, Dr. Montessori!

There’s something so special about watching our 3-year-olds begin their Montessori journey. With big curiosity and hearts ready to explore, they are learning so much more than new works—they are discovering independence, confidence, concentration and a love for learning.
Every pour, scoop, stack, sort, and carefully chosen work is a small step toward something BIG. We can’t wait to welcome our littlest learners. See you soon!

What a splash-tastic week!

A huge thank you to all of our Frierson families who joined us Tuesday at Splash Zone to Meet the Principals! It was wonderful to reconnect, meet new faces, and kick off the school year with smiles, laughter, and lots of fun in the sun.

Join our wonderful Edith L. Frierson PTA for another opportunity to fellowship during our uniform swap day on Saturday, August 1st between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM. at the John’s Island Playground.

We can't wait to welcome everyone back to campus soon—it's going to be an amazing year at Frierson!
