Town Hall Closing

Town Hall will be closing early today due to electrical issues. We will reopen Thursday at 9:00a.m.

The Wadesboro Police Department invites you and your family to join us for a special Easter community event at Wadesboro Park!

Children 12 and under can enjoy the Easter egg hunt, with a special designated area for ages 5 and under to help keep our youngest participants safe. Be on the lookout for special golden eggs hidden throughout the hunt!

Lunch will be provided so everyone, including our older kids, can come out and enjoy the day together. We hope to see you there!

Story Time with the Town Clerk 📚

Today I had the wonderful opportunity to visit C's & T's Daycare and read a story to some very special little listeners! The children enjoyed gathering together for story time, sharing smiles, and letting their imaginations come to life through books.

Reading to young children helps spark a love for learning and literacy, and it was a joy to spend part of the day with these bright young minds. Thank you to the daycare staff and students for the warm welcome and for making story time so much fun!

Moments like these remind us how important it is to support and encourage our community's youngest learners. 📖⭐
