Managing Fair Oaks Apartments(18+), Humphrey Manor Apartments(18+ Elderly or Disabled, Income based), & Commercial Apartments.

Wadena HRA offers a variety of affordable housing programs. Humphrey Manor is 120 unit subsidized apartment complex for 18 and older Disabled & Elderly persons. Commercial Apartments is a 16 unit market rate building located downtown Wadena. This building is for persons 55 and older. Fair Oaks Apartments is a 32 unit market rate building open to 18 and older. We also offer the Section 8 Housing Ch

oice Voucher Program and Mainstream Housing Voucher Program. Our programs are funded by the Department of Housing & Urban Development(HUD) and are designed to provide affordable, safe, decent and sanitary rental housing for low and moderate income families.

We were honored to be asked to attend the Live Well Celebration of Aging event in Staples today.

Paige had a wonderful experience and enjoyed meeting, talking, and visiting with everyone there! She did a great job at representing the Wadena HRA once again.

This event was a wonderful opportunity for individuals of the older community to gather resources, knowledge, and information about continuing to live a healthy life!

We had the honor of being invited to participate in the first ever Partnership in Hope put on by St. Ann's Parish in Wadena.

Paige had a great experience and enjoyed talking, meeting, and visiting with everyone. She did a wonderful job representing the Wadena HRA (she may or may not be the one typing this).

This was a great event allowing individuals to connect with resources in our community and surrounding communities. We look forward to more events like this and we thank St. Ann's for putting on such a wonderful event!

This is a 55+ apartment complex. Rent for this unit is $615 and includes heat, water, sewer, and garbage. 24-hour secured building.
