The Depot Wadena

The Depot Wadena Restored in 2008, the former Wadena Northern Pacific passenger depot is currently being used as a Visitors Center and railroad museum with area information.

It was built in 1915 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

This video was taken of the Heritage Train on its way to the TRAIN FESTIVAL in Michigan during July 2009.

Wadena's depot is on the active BNSF railway and is a perfect place for rail fans to spot and photo or video trains everyday with between 40 and 50 trains passing by daily.
