Wadena Creates is an initiative that hopes to result in a strategic roadmap for a better future; in particular, the group behind the project hopes to:
- Foster Local Creativity
- Understand Local Strengths
- Develop Creative-Friendly Policy
- Encourage Cultural Collaboration
- Identify Community Values & Identity
- Beautify Existing and Future Places and Spaces

ss the country, have begun planning for their creative futures, and Wadena must as well. Through this plan, we will be able to support community priorities, build a stronger brand for the community to encourage tourism, and create strategies to develop and maintain a vibrant Wadena area.
