All families with children ages birth to kindergarten are welcome to attend weekly classes and special events offered each school year. Wildcat Preschool, a program of Waconia Community Education & Recreation, invites families with children who will be age 3-5 during the 2026-27 school year to attend an Open House between 4:30-6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 14.

Come meet the early childhood teaching staff, tour the preschool classrooms, meet Paws the Wildcat, learn about preschool options, and get answers to your questions from staff. Parents and children are encouraged to attend!

The event will take place at the Early Childhood Enrichment Center, located at 520 Industrial Blvd in Waconia. Registration for the 2026-27 Wildcat Preschool classes will begin at 7:00 p.m. on January 14.
