The Greater Haralson Chamber of Commerce, the largest business organization in Haralson County, serves as the pillar for business advocacy and growth in West Georgia. The Greater Haralson Chamber is a voluntary organization of business and professional men and women who have joined together for the purpose of promoting the civic, commercial, agribusiness, industrial, cultural, and educational progress of our community.

Please help us welcome West Georgia Child Advocacy Center to the Greater Haralson Chamber!

WGACAC provides specialized, child-centered services for children and families impacted by abuse and trauma throughout Carroll, Haralson, and Heard counties. While its main Child Advocacy Center is located in Carrollton, WGACAC also provides services locally in Haralson County in the Community Christian Council building in Tallapoosa, helping children and families access critical support closer to home.

Services include forensic interviews, family advocacy, trauma-focused mental health support, referrals to medical and community resources, and coordination with law enforcement, DFCS, prosecutors, and other multidisciplinary partners. WGACAC’s Tallapoosa presence helps reduce transportation barriers and strengthens access to timely, coordinated services for Haralson County families.

We are excited to welcome the West Georgia Child Advocacy Center to the Greater Haralson Chamber and look forward to supporting their continued work for children and families across Haralson County and West Georgia. 💙

Junior Chamber is officially underway!

Yesterday, we kicked off the 2026–2027 Junior Chamber program at Jellystone Park West Georgia with a fun day of team building, connection, and leadership development!

This year’s Junior Chamber class includes 24 students from Bremen High School and Haralson County High School. Throughout the program, these students will have the opportunity to learn more about Haralson County, connect with local leaders and businesses, experience different parts of our community firsthand, and continue developing their leadership skills.

Congratulations to the Leadership Haralson Class of 2026!

Today, we celebrated an outstanding group of individuals who have completed Leadership Haralson. Each graduate brought their own experiences, perspectives, and passion to the program, creating new relationships and connections that will continue well beyond graduation.

Leadership Haralson is designed to give participants an inside look at the community they live and work in. Through class days focused on leadership, local government, economic development, education, community service, agriculture, local nonprofits, and more, the class experienced Haralson County firsthand and discovered new ways to get involved, serve, and make a difference.
