Founded in 1918, the Wabash Rotary Club is dedicated to the principles of Rotary International - “World Peace Through Understanding” and“Service Above Self.” Club members promote these principles by working together in four avenues of service: club, community, vocational, and international. The club’s membership consist of professional men and women who contribute their time, expertise, and financ
ial resources for the benefit of the community. The club meets twice a month to interact and keep updated on current club activities and Rotary International. Each meeting consists of lunch and a club meeting, followed by an informative program on topics of club and community interest. The networking of businessmen and women exemplifies the ideals of SERVICE ABOVE SELF. These ideals are of the utmost importance in striving to making our community a better place to live. Each member of our club is chosen for their known leadership ability in their particular vocational career. Our members possess qualities from helping those in need to fellowship and volunteerism. When members of this caliber are united, the international fellowship can serve toward world peace.
