After a busy day, it's always nice to take a moment to enjoy a sweet treat.

While on shift, Hafsah, Hunter, and Yohana took a break to grab some ice cream and spend time together. Whether it's responding to calls, training, or serving the community, it's the friendships and small moments in between that make volunteering so rewarding.

Because sometimes the best way to recharge is with good company and a scoop (or two) of ice cream. 🍦🚑💚

Please join us in congratulating William on his recent release as AIC!

William joined KVRS to serve his community while gaining valuable experience in emergency medical services. His hard work, dedication, and commitment have led him to this important milestone, and we are excited to see him continue to grow as a provider.

He is currently studying Chemistry on the pre-med track at Old Dominion University and brings a strong passion for learning and helping others to every shift.

A pretty cool sight to see during the day 🚁💙

We had the chance to watch a medical helicopter land at the hospital recently — something we definitely don’t get to see every day. It’s always impressive watching air medical crews in action and seeing another part of emergency medicine working together to care for patients.

Huge appreciation to all of our air medical partners who are always ready when patients need rapid transport and advanced care.
