Hannah was officially promoted during the Virginia Beach Police Departmentโ€™s promotion ceremony, alongside Captain Bryan Strouse and Lieutenant Michael Marsolais.

Throughout her career, Hannah has consistently demonstrated professionalism, compassion, leadership, and a genuine passion for animal welfare. Whether assisting members of our community, supporting her fellow officers, or advocating for the animals in our care, she has always gone above and beyond.

We are excited to see Hannah step into this new leadership role and know she will continue to make a positive impact on the Animal Services Bureau, our team, and the community we serve.
