After a highly competitive selection process, we are honored to announce that IT1 Raquel Brusher from IWTC Virginia Beach (Det Jacksonville) has been selected as the 2026 Center for Information Warfare Training Sailor of the Year!

IT1 Brusher's exceptional performance and technical acumen have set a new standard for excellence. Her contributions have directly enhanced the tactical employment of our surface combat systems and have been pivotal in the training of our warfighters to dominate the electromagnetic spectrum.
