No piercings wiil be done on any

one without a valid I.D. Piercings on minors require I.D.'s from the minor and their legal guardian. Minors may use a recent school I.D. provided with a birth certificate. Military I.D.s with matching sponser numbers will be accepted as well, along with state I.D.s from both the minor and their gaurdian if last names and addresses match. If they do not match a health insurance card with both names showing on one card or each have their own card with the same policy number showing may be accepted. Age limits on selected body piercings.
