st, we identify the problem through empirical research acquired from scholars, professionals and practitioners. Second, process the data building new applications that solve the problems. C4GD partners with philanthropists, foundations, governments(federal,state and local), business, religion, education and medical to build resources for grassroots penetration into Hampton Roads area communities.
