Please check out MCAT 106's page. MCAT 106 is working in the Comoros Islands for Combined Joint Task Force, Horn of Africa and they're doing a lot of good work.

A CA Team is a military unit designed to coordinate with the civilian population to promote stability, increase communications, account for US aid & funds, and inspire & support communities to take responsibility for their growth & security.

has completed it's deployment to Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa. The team is currently redeploying back home after completing their work in Djibouti, Rwanda and Uganda.

completed our Warrior Transition Brief and are working on finishing the check-out process at Camp Lemonier, Djibouti. We are all looking forward to stepping on that plane in a few days to start our trip home.

would like to welcome MCATs 105, 106 and 202 to the Horn of Africa! Team 104 is working with the MCAU to get the new teams ready for their upcoming missions in the theater. Their arrival also means Team 104 is one step closer to coming home... something we're all looking forward to after our rewarding 6-month deployment here.

After the MCAT 104 deployment to Northern Uganda, Lt. Denyer and Senior McMillan took a few days off to travel to Jinja, Uganda -- to the source of the Nile -- and go white water rafting. The other guys on the team opted out of the trip, but we're quite confident that after seeing these photos they have to be rethinking that decision!

is back in Djibouti after a rewarding experience working medical and engineering projects in Northern Uganda. We are now completing our after-action reports and starting to prepare everything for our redeployment back to San Diego this winter.

MCAT 104 spent most of the day at Mucwini talking to locals to see how everything was going for them and how the military exercise was effecting them. The people were very grateful for the U.S. and the EAC militaries to be there helping the people of Northern Uganda.
