On January 23rd, 368 SOC successfully conducted comprehensive communications training, empowering soldiers with the skills to effectively operate SINCGARS, OE-254, and JBC-P systems. This hands-on training enhances our unit’s communication capabilities, ensuring seamless coordination and mission success. ⚓️

Yesterday 26Nov2024 for LTT 368 SOC conducted a Steel Knight Challenge. The challenge consisted in a competition amongst the platoons. Each platoon had an 8 man team who had to complete a water jug carry, disassemble and reassembling weapons, and the changing of a tire on a trailer as a team.

Marshalling Yard Operations training allows our soldiers to incorporate use of MHE in receiving and sorting equipment and loads prior to transit. Steelknight soldiers utilized LTT to refine and rehearse the use of MHE and the documentation process for efficiency. Staying ready, SteelKnights!

This morning CPL Rawdon was recognized for his excellence during Operation Neptune Solace by COL Gilbert, 3ESC Commander, and CSM Jerkins, 3ESC Command Sergeant Major! As a multifunctional logistician, he performed his duties as an 88H with excellence and took on the initiative to execute tasks outside his MOS during aide loading and offloading during the deployment.
