* Flash Flood Warning for...
East Central Craig County in northeastern Oklahoma...
Ottawa County in northeastern Oklahoma...

* Until 1000 AM CDT.

* At 649 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

At 1022 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of decaying
thunderstorms producing gusty winds 3 miles northwest of White Oak,
moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
around unsecured objects.

UPDATE: ROAD IS NOW OPEN

Closing at East 340 Road at BIg Cabin at the railroad tracks to pull the crossing so emergency work can be done at the crossing. Estimated time of removal around 0830 and reinstall if possible by 1500 today 5-6-2026. They will have a road closed sign at intersection of East 340 and South 4370 Road and coned off at the highway by the crossing.

line extending from 7 miles southeast of Edna to 8 miles southwest of
Welch to 2 miles west of Chelsea. Movement was east at 40 mph.
