New Horizons is designed to help empower mental health consumers/survivors "to realize a lifestyle centered on wellness** ". New Horizons offers an environment for learning and growth in a comfortable, relaxing and supportive setting easily accessible to local mental health consumers. The atmosphere and daily operation are managed through the efforts of CSP-NJ and center membership. Centers offer

an environment where consumers can relax, feel respected, accepted, and develops a support network. Consumers grow in the spirit of giving and gaining through mutual aid and support.
