This week is national police week and we want to recognize our police departments and sheriff departments. Vincennes Police, Knox County Sheriff, Vincennes University Police, Bicknell Police and Vincennes School Officers. We also want to recognize school resource officers too.

Today, we celebrate every kind of mom. 💐
To the moms working the consoles, answering the calls, dispatching help, working the road, staffing the ambulances, firehouses, hospitals, detention centers, and every other public safety role today — we see you. ❤️
While many are spending the day relaxing with family, so many mothers in public safety are still showing up for complete strangers during some of the hardest moments of their lives. Your strength, sacrifice, compassion, and dedication do not go unnoticed.
We also hold space today for:
💗 birth moms
💗 adoptive moms
💗 foster moms
💗 bonus moms
💗 grandmothers
💗 moms of angels
💗 and every woman carrying the love of a child in her heart
No matter what your journey looks like — your love matters.

Long shifts are always a little better with good food and good people. We truly appreciate the support and kindness shown to all of us working today — both on the road and behind the headset.

We had a pretty awesome surprise today at Knox County 911 💛

Huge thank you to Papa John’s for thinking of your local dispatchers and keeping us fueled 🍕 and to VPD for making sure it got to us!

It truly means more than you probably realize. In the middle of busy shifts, tough calls, and nonstop chaos, something as simple as pizza reminds us that our community sees us and appreciates what we do.

We’re incredibly grateful for the support—thank you for taking care of the voices behind the scenes 📞💛
