This is a page for home owners / residents / visitors of the Crane Creek Community in Viera, FL. The subdivision is managed by Fairways Management and governed by the Crane Creek Homeowner's Association, a board of residents living in the community. The Board meets the second Wednesday of every month at the Fairways Management office (1331 Bedford Dr. Suite 103) at 7 PM, meeting notices are posted

on the notice board at the two entrances to our community. This site is intended for residents to communicate / share information with other residents about anything going on in our community.

NO garbage/recycling pick up in Crane Creek on Memorial Day. Recycling will resume the following Monday and garbage will be on Thursday as always.

Who’s ready for our Annual Tree Sale? ✋
We will have a variety of citrus, tropical and sub-tropical trees for sale. Azomite & fertilizers will also be for sale.
*Bring a wagon if you plan on purchasing more than one tree.

Crane Creek neighbors -we need volunteers!

We will be putting holiday decorations up at both community entrances on Sunday, November 28th at 1 PM.

Please come help out if you can. Additionally, if you have decorations you no longer want or need, bring them with you in case they can be of use!

These folks have a booth at the Woodside Park Farmer’s Market. We bought four boxes in October.

Once our caramel is wrapped, it's time to package and get ready to ship out!

We keep all of our packing supplies in-house so we can package and ship our orders quickly.

Our packaging varies based on the number of caramel pieces for that specific item. Our half-pound bags seem to be a customer favorite!
