The Law Library is back open!

Our hours will remain 8am-3pm, Monday-Friday until further notice. This will allow staff to catch up on six months worth of updates to our print materials and also to unpack and organize our staff area.

*INTERMITTENT CLOSURES AND SERVICE DISRUPTIONS EXPECTED THE WEEK OF APRIL 6 - APRIL 10*

Law Library staff will be actively moving back into the library the week of April 6 - April 10. This will involve moving computers and equipment and rerouting phones and will necessarily involve disruptions to our availability and services. We are very sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. At this time we expect to be unavailable on Friday, April 10 to complete our transition but we will update here as much as possible with an changes or additions.

During this transition, we expect phone issues and highly recommend that you email us at [email protected] instead of trying to call or leave a voicemail.

Does this mean the library will open soon? Yes! We are planning to open during the week of April 13-17 but our opening date is dependent on whether there are any issues or delays with moving or setting up equipment.

*TEMPORARY CHANGE TO BUSINESS HOURS STARTING MARCH 2*

In early March, the Law Library will begin the process of moving back into our space after six months of construction. Law Library staff will be unpacking, organizing, and shelving books along with unpacking and setting up public and staff areas. We are currently looking at a reopening date in late April.

Staff will continue to be located inside the Clerk of Court's Office in the Viera courthouse until we reopen but we will have adjusted business hours of 8am-3pm so that staff can spend time each day working on getting our facility ready. Although there is much work ahead for us, we are eager for this next chapter and we are excited to have all our resources available to our patrons again.
