Masonic funeral rites for Brother Harry Lee Treat will be conducted Tuesday evening, September 24, 2024, at 8 P.M. at Bailey Funeral Home in Vienna. All Masonic brethren are invited to participate. Assembly will be at the South entrance of the funeral home. Please arrive no later than 7:45 P.M.

Brethren, it is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Brother Richard K. Meyer.
Brother Meyer was a member of Vienna Masonic Lodge # 150 A.F. & A.M. He was also a member of the A.A.O.N.M.S. - Ainad Temple.
Masonic rites will be accorded Tuesday evening, April 2, 2024, at 8 P.M. at Bailey Funeral Home.
As this is a regular lodge meeting night, the meeting will be abbreviated and all unessential business will be laid over until the 2nd meeting of the month.
Brethren should assemble at the south entrance of the funeral home for line-up. Those brethren having their own aprons are encouraged to bring them.
We encourage all Masonic Brethren to join us in honoring Brother Meyer and showing respect to his wife, Anita, children, Tracey and Nicole, and their families at this time.

It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Brother Tommy Mathis.
Brother Mathis passed away Wednesday evening, July 20, 2022, at his residence at Autumn Ridge Supportive Living Center in Vienna.
Masonic rites will be accorded Sunday afternoon, July 24, 2022, at 2 PM at Vienna Masonic Lodge.
Visitation will be conducted Sunday afternoon from 12 Noon - 2 PM at the Lodge.
All brethren are encouraged to attend and participate in the rites if at all possible. Please gather in the lodge dining hall by 1:45 PM for assembly. Aprons will be available, but all those Brethren having their own aprons are encouraged to bring them.
Please lift up Bro. Mathis' family in your thoughts and prayers.

Brethren, we have been informed by the office of the Grand Master that as of July 1st, Illinois Masonic Lodges may begin to re-open. Attached is the letter sent to all Illinois lodges. Please note the following:
One Thursday, July 2nd, Vienna Masonic Lodge in cooperation with Egyptian Chapter # 30 Order of the Eastern Star will have a "clean-up" night at the lodge to make sure we are in compliance with the Grand Lodge recommendations. The clean up will begin at 5 PM. A light supper will follow. Additional cleaning as well as an informal practice to "brush up on ritual, floor work, rod work, etc." will also be held.
The Tuesday morning breakfasts will once again commence as of July 7th. That date will also be the first, regular stated meeting of the month of July. We will be back on regular schedule with a meal at 6 PM and the meeting to follow at 7 PM.
Brethren, the most important facet of this entire "start-up" is that all members should exercise whatever personal protection that he deems appropriate. If this means that you do not yet feel comfortable being in a group meeting, then by all means that decision is recognized and respected.
We look forward to seeing our Brethren again soon in Lodge.

Vienna Masonic Lodge # 150 A.F. & A. M. will conduct it's annual installation of officers Tuesday evening, December 17, 2019, at the Masonic Temple. This will be an "open" installation. All members, visiting brethren, and guests are invited to join us for a bountiful meal at 6 PM. The open installation will follow at 7 PM. Officers being installed are asked to dress in business attire.

Our brethren at Saline Masonic Lodge will be hosting their annual car & truck show and auto swap meet on Saturday, August 10th at the lodge at 736 South Fly Avenue in Goreville. We encourage everyone to support this event and attend if possible.
