YARS DTF Development and Training Flight As a DTF instructor, I have one of the most challenging yet rewarding jobs in the Air Force Reserves.

The program keeps the newly enlisted motivated and engaged by combining a good amount of physical fitness and classroom instruction. This preparation program has greatly reduced the failures in BMT and tech school saving the Air Force Reserves millions of dollars. I have a chance to shape and mold these trainees into successful Airmen. I give them the tools they need to negotiate not only the challenges of BMT but their Air Force Reserve career. I set the standards high and demand excellence in all they do.
