Important Notice for Dooly County Families! 📢

The Dooly County School System is providing notice of the upcoming destruction of certain special education records. If you are a former student with a disability who has reached the age of 22, this notice applies to you!

These records may be needed for Social Security benefits, postsecondary accommodations, vocational rehabilitation services, and more — so don’t wait!

📅 Deadline to Request Records: September 1, 2026

EOC REMEDIATION & RETESTING REMINDER ⚠️📚

Attention Dooly County High School Parents and Students:
EOC Remediation will take place June 8–10, 2026, for students who are eligible to retest in Algebra I or Biology.

📝 EOC Retesting Date: Thursday, June 11, 2026

Students should arrive on time and be prepared to actively participate in remediation sessions. These sessions are designed to provide targeted support and help students improve their performance on the End-of-Course Assessment.

This retesting opportunity is important and participation is expected for all eligible students.

Good afternoon!

We are continuing to monitor the weather for tomorrow’s graduation ceremony. After consulting with the Dooly County EMA, we are still planning to hold graduation at the football stadium as scheduled.

If inclement weather prevents an outdoor ceremony, commencement will be moved indoors to the gymnasium on Saturday morning. Each senior has been given 10 tickets to share with family and friends for the indoor ceremony. These tickets will be required for entry if the event is moved inside.

Any schedule changes or important updates will be shared promptly on our official page and through all school communication channels.
