Some milestones are even more fun when you have someone right beside you chasing the same goal.

Flight Nurse Felicia Atkinson and Flight Nurse/Medic Victoria Moore started flying with Air Evac 91 at the same time and from there, a friendly race was born! 🚁💨

For years, these two have been neck-and-neck, racking up patient flights, answering calls, and putting in the work to care for patients when they need it most.

And now… they’ve both reached 1,000 patient flights within just weeks of each other! 🎉🎉

1,000 flights. Countless patients. Countless memories. And apparently, neither one was willing to let the other get too far ahead! 😂

Now the big question… who’s getting to 1500 first? 👀🏁🚁

🎉 Congratulations, Marshall Worth, on 10 incredible years with Air Evac 91! 🚁

For the past decade, Marshall has been an invaluable part of our AE 91 family. As our Base Clinical Lead (BCL), he is always willing to share his knowledge, keep us educated, and help make sure our crew is prepared to provide the best care possible. His experience, leadership, and dedication have made an impact on all of us.

And 10 years in the air is no small accomplishment — over 1,200 flights! 👏🚁

Marshall, thank you for your commitment to Air Evac 91, your dedication to our patients, and especially for everything you do for our crew. We are grateful to have you on our team!

⭐️ Next up: Marshall Worth ⭐️

Marshall began his public safety career in Fire/Rescue with Hazlehurst Fire/Rescue in 2007, where he also served as a Fire Instructor and Medical First Responder. In 2010, he began his EMS career with Jeff Davis County EMS as an EMT-Intermediate. Since August 2016, he has proudly served with Air Evac Lifeteam as a Flight Paramedic, and in December 2024, he stepped into the role of Base Clinical Lead (BCL).

Marshall is passionate about emergency medical education and serves as an instructor for BLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS, AMLS, EPC, and GEMS courses. His dedication to training and mentoring others reflects his commitment to excellence in patient care and public safety.

Outside of his professional career, Marshall is actively involved in his church community as a Deacon and the Safety Director at Smith Street Baptist Church. He is blessed to be married to his wife, April, and together they have three children: Bralynn, Alex, and Sianna.

In his free time, Marshall enjoys working in the yard, woodworking, hunting, fishing, and playing golf.

⭐️ Next up in our EMS Spotlight: Andy White ⭐️

Andy has been serving in EMS since 2019 and has been with Air Evac 91 for a little over a year. In that time, he’s already been part of nearly 200 flights serving patients across our communities.

When he’s not flying, Andy enjoys spending time boating and fishing along the Georgia coast. 🎣🌊

When asked why he chose a career in EMS, Andy shared: “I got into EMS because I wanted to bring as much of the resources of the ED and ICU as possible to people living in rural communities.”

We are thankful for Andy’s dedication to healthcare!

⭐️ EMS Spotlight: Donya Henry ⭐️

Donya Henry has been a nurse for an incredible 33 years — although we’re still trying to figure out how that’s possible since she claims to be only 39! 😊 She has been a dedicated member of the Air Evac family since 2011 and has cared for patients on more than 1,576 flights.

Known for being calm, steady, and laid back in every situation, Donya brings a reassuring presence to both her patients and crew members alike. Her experience and compassionate care make her an invaluable part of Air Evac 91.

Outside of work, Donya is married to her husband Marcus and is the proud mother of 3 sons and grandmother to 13 grandkids. She loves traveling — especially cruising — and enjoys spending time laughing with family and friends. When she’s off duty, you can usually find her poolside lounging and soaking up some sunshine.

When asked what being a flight nurse means to her, Donya shared: “Air Evac is the most rewarding job I have ever had. I learn something new every day.”

⭐️ EMS Spotlight: Victoria Moore ⭐️

Victoria began her nursing career 18 years ago and has served several local ERs throughout the years, caring for patients across our communities. For the past 7 years, she has been flying with Air Evac 91, where she has accumulated nearly 1,000 patient flights. Victoria is also dual certified as both a Flight Nurse and Paramedic, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to every mission.

Outside of work, Victoria treasures time with her husband, Partin, and children, Maggie and Wyatt. When she’s off duty, you’ll likely find her on a cruise, at Disney, or planning yet another adventure-filled vacation.

When asked what she enjoys most about the job, Victoria shared: “I feel privileged to be able to care for people on their worst days. Seeing patients follow up later with their health restored reminds us of why we do what we do.”

Thank you, Victoria, for your dedication, compassion, and commitment to serving our community. We are proud to have you on our team.
