Missing: Help Find Shane Sprenger

The family of Shane Sprenger is pleading for any information you might have regarding the days, weeks or months that led up to Shane’s disappearance from his home in Vida, OR on 11/2/21.

We know how much Shane loved his Blue River Community. We know there are a lot of good people there and we are asking you to share any info at all…any recollection of stories heard, disagreements witnessed, no piece of info is insignificant at this point. The stories surrounding Shane’s disappearance just aren’t adding up and we are convinced someone knows something.

Fairly certain I can speak for my family, extended family, and Shane's true friends when I again say this is a rollercoaster ride from hell. Everyone's emotions change from day to day, minute to minute but for me personally the dominant is anger that seems to grow with each passing day that whoever is responsible continues to remain silent and carry on with their normal lives while Shane has been left out there somewhere like discarded trash. These people don't have enough balls to step up and take responsibility for their actions that took away a life that mattered to many people. Shane was a selfless, gentle, respectful, loving, caring, hardworking, responsible, quiet guy not to mention a hell of a carpenter. It should NOT have been your choice to end his life, taking away his hopes and dreams for his future. While walking in the Willamette National Forest, I vowed to Shane (as we already knew this wasn't on his terms) that whoever was responsible will pay, we can only dream about that day for now...
