Victor Valley Community Services Council Free services for Seniors 60+ and Disabled Adults 18+ in the Hi Desert. The VVCSC operates programs for Seniors & Disabled persons.

Founded in 1956, the Victor Valley Community Services Council (VVCSC) is a non-profit agency that works to identify needs in the High Desert and develop and deliver programs and services to meet those needs. We serve the High Desert Region, including Apple Valley, Victorville, Phelan, Hesperia, Adelanto, and parts of Lucerne and Barstow. We have been successfully providing services for seniors, th

rough a grant from the Department of Aging and Adult Services for the County of San Bernardino, CALTRANS, individual donations and our Great Duck Race Fundraiser, as we continue to develop solutions to help those in need in the High Desert.

🐰Seniors need sweets too!
We are asking for donations of individually wrapped Easter Candy to make small Easter Baskets for the Seniors we serve.
If you'd like to donate Candy please drop it off at our office at 16692 Mojave Dr, Mon-Thurs, 9am-5pm.

Victor Valley Community Services Council (A non-profit founded in 1956) is looking to contract honest & reliable handymen to do minor home repairs for Senior Citizens in the high desert. Plumbing, electrical, flooring, evaporative coolers and more. This is an ongoing opportunity. We will the assign work and pay you for your services.

When was the last time you colored hard boiled eggs for Easter? 🥚🐰
We will be coloring and decorating hard boiled eggs on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 10:30am.
All supplies provided free of charge (eggs too!). Lunch will be served too!
