Switzerland County Highway Department: County Road Closures:

(On September 14th) Allensville Road will be closed from State Road 250 to Coleman Rd. Bridge Replacement.

(On September 8th) Bulger Tapp Road will be closed from Hominy Ridge to State Road 156. Road Slide Repair

Switzerland County Emergency Management would like to THANK the Vevay / Switzerland County Foundation For awarding Switzerland County EMA a grant totaling $6000.00 for the purchase of the In-digital MEVO Anywhere Crash Kit Phone System. The system will be used by the Switzerland County 911 communications personnel. . It is a portable system that can be set up any location. . This is a backup 911 phone system in case our 911 center is taken out by a storm event or any other kind of emergency event.
