Our native plants in our landscape we started last year have come a long way! We had help today pulling weeds, adding new plants and mulching! Come by the office and check out native options to spruce up your flowerbeds/landscape!

This is the inaugural year of the Switzerland County 4-H Fair 🐷🐷🐷 KISS THE PIG FUNDRAISER🐷🐷🐷! All proceeds will go to buying non-perishable food items for the Stock the Trailer Contest!
We need 5 nominees to participate during fair week!! Please start sending your nominations to us at the SWCD office 812-427-3126 ext 3!
To qualify:
1.) Person has to be willing to participate
2.) Person has to be present to kiss the pig at the end of the fair week

Hey everyone! Switzerland County 4-H is participating in Farm Credit's "Fight the Hunger Stock the Trailer" food drive contest 2026! This is a great opportunity for our youth to make an impact in our community! 100% of the food items they collect stays in Switzerland County! Be on the lookout for collection boxes throughout the county from now until fair week. Then during fair week there will be a trailer setup for donation drop off.
